Payment Terms

Fees must be paid in full or as per agreed installment schedule.
Access to classes and study material is activated only after payment confirmation.
International fees are payable in USD ($) or AED (if specified).
Payments made in INR from abroad will be converted as per bank exchange rate on date of credit.
Bank transfer and intermediary charges must be borne by the sender.
Any shortfall due to currency conversion must be paid by the student.
Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
All applicable taxes (GST or others) must be borne by the student.
Admission is valid only for the enrolled academic session.

Refund Policy

Registration and admission fees are strictly non-refundable.
Once classes commence or study material is accessed, fees become non-refundable.
Refund requests before batch commencement must be made within 48 hours of payment.
Administrative and bank charges will be deducted from refundable amount.
Refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days.
No refund will be granted due to change of mind, schedule conflict, personal reasons, or disciplinary removal.
Refund will be made only to the original payment method.
Aspiring Aces reserves the right to cancel or reschedule batches.
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
