Students are eligible for only one scholarship throughout their academic session at Aspiring Aces.
Scholarships based on competitive exam performance can only be claimed if the exam was taken prior to the start of the batch.
Students who qualify for a scholarship after a scholastic exam but choose to exit their program and re-enroll will not receive a fee waiver based on that achievement.
Students must provide photocopies of their certificates or mark sheets for NTSE, MVPP, SSTSE, MSCE, and Olympiads, or other talent search-based exam duly attested by the principal of their last attended school.
Scholarship funds will be disbursed via crossed cheque made out to the student only; or can be readjusted in the next payment schedule if opted for part-payment. Payments to parents or guardians will not be processed.
Any disputes will be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by Aspiring Aces, with arbitration proceedings held in New Delhi. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
All legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
